About the role

We're on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to support our growth. As a Business Development Manager you will expand our partnerships by seeking new business opportunities as well developing existing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be well connected with large global corporations potentially across multiple industries and bring strong experience with the ability to forge long-lasting relationships. This position will work closely with the CEO to define, align and execute on a delivery plan across Keyko.


What you will do

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our service offerings to identify profitable business opportunities. 
  • Establish and expand a global business strategy.
  • Identify and implement measures to reach new partner groups and markets. 
  • Build new networks through your own sources.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and colleagues to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with Keyko - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.


About you

  • 5 years plus experience in global business development, strategic role with successful track record of building relationships, winning business and delivering solutions.
  • Direct experience of shaping Technology based proposals and delivery plans to clients, gathering requirements, preparing material and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Strong network of contacts within Web3 and potentially with large corporations across different industries - Banking, Energy etc.
  • Passion to develop or further develop knowledge of Web3 technologies, use cases and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills suited to developing & closing partnerships.
  • Perfect spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in Web3 related projects.
  • Looking for a role with responsibility and leadership opportunities.
  • Hands-on approach and tactical mindset.
